Orders to UK mainland

Delivery to UK mainland, excluding Highlands is within the prices stated.

Orders outside UK Mainland

We are happy to accept orders for delivery outside the UK mainland. However delivery will be charged at cost. Please call us on +44 (0) 1223 291430 and we will be happy to provide a quote for you.

Delivery Times

If you require something urgently for a special date, please phone and we will do our best to deliver in time although additional delivery costs may be incurred.

Standard Handling

Standard packing and handling £3.50 per order.

Orders over £100

Order total over £100, free packing & handling.

Group Orders

Delivery of group orders will be to the registered address of the group or organisation and packing and handling is free.

Furniture Deliveries

The delivery of furniture items will be to each individual home address.
For all furniture delivery we will phone and confirm a date with you so we can be sure there is someone there to receive your special purchase.

Standard delivery is into the house and can not be to a specific room as many deliveries are one man deliveries. Please ensure there is access by van to the house.  Please inform us if there are any issues regarding direct access to the house ie in a flat, large number of steps, narrow drive, narrow door way etc

Returns

We hope you will never be disappointed with your purchase but just in case you need to return goods we will refund or replace all returns received within 7 days of your receipt. Please obtain proof of posting to enable a refund to be given. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a re- saleable condition in their original packaging. Sorry but personalized goods are non-returnable. We can not refund flat packed items which have been built by the customer on receipt. In the event of needing to return furniture please call +44 (0) 1223 291430 to arrange pick up. A nominal fee of £30 may be charged.
